The Capital Hotel is a luxury, family-owned, town-house hotel in London's Knightsbridge just yards from Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sloane Street and Hyde Park with easy access to the West End. The rooms are comfortable and charming, furnished with antiques, a private art collection and the finest linen. The Capital restaurant has an enviable reputation for excellence gaining two Michelin stars in January 2001. More recently Sommelier Matt Wilkin was awarded Wine Magazine 's Sommelier of the Year 2002. Guests at the hotel have access to a local exclusive fitness and health spa. On-site parking is also available. The Capital has two private rooms, seating 12 and 24 which are available for business meetings or special occasions for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
