Cisswood was built for the former chairman of Harrods, Sir Woodman Burbridge and wife Cissily. It contains marvellous examples of wood and plasterwork created by craftsmen from the famous London store. Bedrooms are spacious and well presented, some with whirlpool baths. Public areas include the Pageant Health Club with swimming pool, hairdresser, gym and treatment rooms. The attractive function rooms make this a popular venue for weddings and conferences.
